Below are the instructions for adding an event.  This page is only for instructions.  To add an event, you have to be on the "Events" page.

Become a registered user of PAP.com and you will be able to add and edit events.

  • Become a registered user by clicking here or clicking on "Register" in the upper right of this page.
  • Follow the instructions to become a user and within 24 hours we will send you an email that will allow you to add and edit events.
  • If you open another window on your computer and click on "Add Your Event" you can read these instructions as you proceed or you can print this page and follow along.
  • Login to PAP.com by clicking on "Login" in the upper right of this page.
  • Click on "Events" on the menu bar.
  • You must be on the "Events" page to add or edit events.
  • When you have logged in and are on the Events page, it will look something like this:

Event Instructions

  • When you click on Add New Event, you will get a new page which will allow you to add the event. 
  • Enter the title of the event, the summary, and the description.
  • The bottom of the page will look something like this:

  • Fill in the calendar cells by clicking on the calendar.
  • The Expiry date is the date the event will drop off our calendar.
  • Don't enter anything in the "Recurs every" box.
  • Check the "Expand In Place" box.
  • Check the "Show In Parent" box.
  • Do not change anything in the "Calendar" box.  It is set as a child calendar.
  • Click the checkboxes that apply to your event, e.g., Oil, Pastel, Northeast, Westcoast, etc.

Click "Update" at the bottom of the page and your event will be added.  Don't forget to do this or your event will not be added.  If you need assistance, send us an email on the "Need Help?" box on the right side of this page
